Shipping & Delivery

Doobie Duchess ships orders within the United States and offers standard shipping options, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

International shipping is not currently available.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Refunds & Returns

Doobie Duchess takes great pride in the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We accept payment through our secure online payment system. You can pay using a credit card or other electronic payment method.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For smaller orders, a shipping fee will apply. We ship to all locations within the United States.

Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We strive to provide high-quality products and carefully package all orders for shipment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to quickly resolve the issue.

Currently, Doobie Duchess only ships within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
